YES Care Foundation is a non-profit organization providing preventive healthcare monitoring, awareness, and subsidized diagnostic facilitation for diabetic patients. Our services are supplementary to regular clinical medical care and do not replace emergency hospital treatment.
Membership packages (Silver, Gold, Registration) provide defined benefits including monthly blood sugar monitoring, tele-consultation access, and discounts on pathology tests as per plan specifications for the validity period.
Health workers are trained field personnel who assist with basic vital screening and test coordination. They do not prescribe medications independently; all prescriptions are facilitated through certified doctor tele-consultations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.
